Our members-only model runs as a monthly subscription with a minimum of one visit / week. This ensures a safe and stable pack where we know the dogs, and the dogs know us! The pack dynamic gives dogs the opportunity to develop their canine social skills and build true friendships with their fellow members.

We guarantee your chosen day(s) providing peace of mind and consistency for both you and your dog. You have the option to upgrade, downgrade or “pawse” your membership so your dog can always get the care and socialisation they need around your lifestyle.

For the safety and enjoyment of all, dogs are temperament-assessed during a Meet & Greet, prior to becoming a member

The Waggin’ Pick Up / Drop Off

Our “trans-paw-tation” offers early morning pick-ups and evening drop-offs ensuring a seamless experience for you and them. Each member gets their own seat, floorspace or carrier, depending on their preference and we have safety belts to keep everyone safe and secure.

If you prefer, you are more than welcome to arrange your own transportation to the ClubHouse.

To keep things moving smoothly and on time we ask that each member is ready and waiting kerbside when we arrive (collection times are communicated in advance)! We do our best to accommodate time preference however our route is determined by our daily membership and at all times we aim to avoid foreseeable traffic congestion.

Doorstep pick-up /drop-off is available on request for an additional surcharge (hk$100 / each way). We offer a doorstep service for a maximum of one household per journey to ensure no dogs are ever left unsupervised in the vehicle.
